Abstrakt		In the article the author describes the possibility of use the basic principles of the threedimensional mobilisation of the method Cyriax by the rehabilitation of serious injuries of the locomotor system. Long imobilisation, atrophy soft structures and changed metabolism in the combination with injury of bones and joints structures, ruin the normal balance and make not possible the right pattern of the joints movement. This cause post-traumatic arthritis. Good guided threedimensional movement to head for joints structures and create new properly pattern movement in the particular joints.
