Abstrakt		Acupuncture as a method of healing has been accepted also by the World Healrh Organization. In the west world it is mostly practised for treatment of chronic pain. It is very important, that there are no side effects at acupuncture treatment, it is highly effective, and there is only ten percent of patients, that don't experience a relief after treatment when properly applied. The therapy with acupuncture was applied to gynecologic patients for treatment of pains at pelvialgyas, primary dysmenorrheas and for problems connected with climacterium. We have also found acupuncture to be helpful in the treatment of hot flushes, anxiety and sleeping disordes or climacteric women.
