Abstract		The author describes the influence of the parctitioner's personality on the diagnostics of psychiatric problems in general practice. The description is supported by an analysis of psyhiatric morbidity at diferent GPs in one of the health centres. An attempt of description of GPs' personality using the well-known psyhologic classification is given in the end.
