Abstract		The problematics of anxiety-depressive disturbances and the relating approach in a country-side health centre are discussed. Problematics is complex and impossible to be solved without genuine contacts among doctor, patient and patient's family. The succesful treatment is supported by the home care nurse, who is doctor's indispensable assistance. With her personalty and knowledge she acts independently in the frame of her competence and doctor's trust in her work. An important factor in the work of doctor and home care nurse is health education, wich influences all the age periods and is especialy important, when the influence on the elements, participating in the genesis of anxiety-depressive disturbances is still possible. Authors deal with problematics through the prism of their own dilemmas and possibilities.
