Abstract		The results of analysis of health aducational work with cardiovascualar patienets and especialy with hypertensive patients in health organizations of Slovenia are demonstrated. The main intention of analysis was to represent all the organized forms of health educational work with hypertensive patients especaly the group work. Results should serve as basis for further work at the preparing of a comprehensive heatlh educational programme concerning the hypertension poroblematics. Data were gathered with the help of enquiry form sent into all the health organisations in Slovenia. Analysis has shown that here are but a few well organized forms of health educational work with cardiovascular patients resp. hypertensive patients. Integrated programme for prevention and control of non-infectious diseases (CINDI) as a model of realization of European strategy Health for all by the year 2000 in practice is presented. The contribution is directed into problematics of collaboration between the medical sectors and the non-medical ones, wich influence considerably the decrease of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
