Abstract		The article presents the occurrence of injuries at work in the Railway Traffic organization "žT0 žG Ljubljana" in the years 1985-1989 with regard to the number of employees, frequency, type of injury, the injured part of the body, day of the week and working time. The frequency of injuries in railway traffic is lower than the Slovene everage in the same period in all fields of activity, whereas the highest frequency was found in the department for traffic in Zalog. In order to reduce the number of injuries, more will have to be done for the humanization of working conditions and safety at work.
