Abstract		This paper shows us kinds of insurance, degree and dynamics of these insurances, where personal damages and associated compensations were paid-out in a period between 1980-1989 in Triglav Insurance Company. Reduction of pay-out compensation for persons was noticed. A mojority of damages on persons was found in personal cars and lorries. Everage year incrise of damages is increasing at uninsured motor cars and at working-machines (tractors). The highest everage year increase of injured drivers is at working-machines (tractors). The highest pay-out compensation per cent because of accident was realised at motor bikes. A majority of injured and dead persons is in low-class cars in a contrary with high-class, where everage year decrease of dead persons and increase of injured persons was noticed (safe cars).
