Abstract		Bile ducts and gallbladder are affected by many benign and malignant processes. In the diagnosis of the bile ducts and gallbladder imaging methods play the crucial role but still remain challenging for radiologists. The fiist imaging method is ultrasonography. Other choises are heliacal computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR) and magnetic resonance cholangiography (MRCP). The best methods offer the opportunity to distinguish between benign and malignant processes of the bile ducts and gallbladder.
