Abstract     A patient N. N.is transferred from Pulmonary diseases department to the Surgery Department of Canton hospital "dr. Irfan Ljubijankič", Bihač because of neoplastic process of gallbladder that has completly involved gallbladder, ductus choledochus and into tumor mass of involved stomach, duodenum et colon transversum. In according to local result and patient common standing it is made a paliativ draining procedure of hepato-jejuno anastomosis with cholecystectomia. The early postoperative time was good. After postoperative treatment the patient is transferred again to Pulmonary diseases department because of tubercolosis treatment.
