Abstract		Certain articular fractures of the knee can be reduced under arthroscopic control and fixed by minimally invasive surgical techniques. Simultaneous image-intensifier control is mandatory. Advantage of the method is minimal additional operative trauma, more comfortable rehabilitation and quicker recovery. In the paper, possible indications and limitations of the method are described. Good indication and experience in arthroscopic surgery as well as in minimally invasive techniques are necessary to achieve good results.
