Abstract     Tumor skin changes of the face, both benign and malignant, are very common. As they are visually exposed, their appearance is readily noticed, and their growth generates concern and a feeling of cosmetic defects. The skin of the face is constantly photoexposed, many premalignant and malignant tumor changes. in which carcinogenic ultraviolet light is among most important causes. are more common than on unexposed skin areas. various face cysts, adnexal tumors or tumors of skin appendages can be seen on the face. Among most frequently diagnosed benign epithelial tumors is the pigmented seborrhoic keratosis. Actinic keratosis. cutaneous horn. Ieukoplakia, Bowen's disease, and according to some authors, keratoacanthoma often appear on the face skin and are considered premalignant lesions (according to another opinion, keratoachantoma is a pseudocarcinomatous hyperplasia, while some consider it a malignant epithelial tumor). Malignant epithelial tumors. i.e. basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, both in a variety of clinical types, are oFten Iocaiized on the face. Among melanocytic lesions, melanotic spots, different melanocytic nevi, lentigo maligna and lentigo maligna melanoma are often observed. Benign vascular tumors of Face skin are quite common. Most of the tumor skin changes require treatment, therapeutic or cosmetic. Therapeutic approach depends on the tumor biological potential and size. Basic operative techniques with a variety of suturing techniques, simple excision and repair techniques as well as plastic procedures are usually used. Besides basic operative techniques, some benign tumors may be treated by superficial tissue removal techniques such as curettage. tangential excision, scissor excision with forceps, and dermabrasion by high-speed abrading devices.(Abstract truncated at 2000 characters)
