Abstract		Melanocitic nevi are common usually benign skin lesions. Nevi are clinically similar to melanoma. Melanoma is highly malignant tumour. with rapidly increasing incidence, so good clinical evaluation of melanocitis skin tumours and early recognition of malignant changes are of big importance. Diagnostics of pigmented lesions is based on history of the lesion, an on dermoscopy. Modern technology allowed us adjuvant evaluation due to teledermatology. what make possible an expert diagnosis in the general practitioner ambulance.
