Abstract		Pollution of the air is very complex and comprehensive problem in the field of environment protection. Unpleasant odours are specific problem of the air pollution, characterised by the specific gas emissions which concentrations does not rich high values, with very low human odour treshold, close or far from the emission source. In accordance the VDI 3940 the determination of odour emissions from the medical waste utilisation plant were done. 20 separate imission measurements were done using 6 panelists on the field, what results in 6000 statistically evaluated data. We find out that the complete share the odour imission time was low, in the main number of cases the odour was very wick, just in the very low percent of the time, the environment was loaded with very strong smell.
