Abstract     In food industry the process of deratisation is well known and regulated by legislation. Results of one year implementation of deratisation according to HACCP guidelines in five bigger foodplants which undergo veterinary inspection are presented. We accomplish show that the rodents are present in colder months and in objekcts out of city. Besides that we discuss different deratisation methods in smaller businesses.
