Abstract     The well-being of workers depends on different internal factors at the working place. According to the availability-humanization model (AH model) these factors are: - Work environment - Technology of the production system - Model of organization - Available human resources The adeguate level of perceived well-being of workers should be achieved with the adeguate technology, organization the suited environment and adopted to available human resources. AH model describes impacts of internal factors at the work place on the well-being of workers and relations between workers well-being and investments at the work place. Presented are impacts of organization and human resources on the well-being of workers. Results of applied researches describe influence of the organization model's elements (the organizational structure, QA programs, procedures) on the perceived well-being of workers. The identification of work place impacts factors should identify griping points for interventions at the work place. Adeguate interventions at the work place are reasonable humanization measures with positive effects. These humanization measurers are cost effective. They should assure in time competitive advantage of the production system. AH-model, the tool for estimation of the well-being of workers, and results of the method's implementation at the real working place will be presented. The most adeguate griping points for in time interventions in the area of organization and human resources management are introduced.
