Abstract		According to the author's observation, the paper exposes some symptoms which most interfere with the public health information system growth. Such virtual management syndrome could be eliminated by a more consistent authority and responsibility delegation between the two entering professional teams: the public health experts and the experts from informatics and management area. A similar tendency can be traced in the current strategy of the National Public Health Institute (IVZ).
