Abstract		In Slovenia, the existing contents of the ICD-10 classification, used from January 1997 on, will be supplemented for the needs of the national health care statistics as well as for planning and controlling the financing system, regarding the future changes of the health care system due to the Health System Management Project (HSMP). An electronic version of the supplemented code scheme ICD-10 will be assured and made accessible on the web site. The details are described in the paper. The computer programme application will be also improved, enabling the users to examine the code scheme ICD-10. Thus, an efficient and quick search by the particular diagnoses to choose the suitable ICD-10 code will be at hand. The parts of the code scheme ICD-10, selected by the user, will be shown on the screen or printed.
