Abstract		Professional program for diabetes, which allows registering expertly data, used in everyday work with clients and communication with Health Insurance Company is presented. The program is simple, in fit for use computer language. Data from routine work is easily entered in professional part without doubling information. Statistical results are reachable quickly and clearly. Data can be applied by every member of medical team in less than two minutes, which means that about 25 control and 5 new examinations can be applied daily. Program relieves Diabetes Specialist Nurse ordinary examination of files, inviting clients, to lead alphabetical list and possibility to design homogeneous groups for education, type of diabetes, sex, age, education, HbAlc , Body Mass Index, kind of therapy which allows us high degree of professional work and satisfaction of employed at work.
