Abstract		Benign liver tumors are the commonest among primary liver tumors. Liver hemangioma has among these the highest incidence, following are focal nodular hyperplasia and hepatocellular adenoma. Mostly, a diagnosis can be determined by using more than one morphological diagnostic procedure. Therapy is advocated only in larger tumorus masses or when complications occur. The only one to be known that can progress to malignant disease is hepatocellular adenoma.
Summary		Benigni jetrni tumorji so najpogostejši primarni jetrni tumorji. Najpogostejši je hemangiom, po pogostosti mu sledita fokalna nodularna hiperplazija in adenom. Ti tumorji jeter so večinoma asimptomatski ali povzročajo nespecifične simptome in hepatomegalijo. Diagnostično jih večinoma opredelimo z uporabo večih slikovnih metod. Zdravljenje je indicirano le pri velikih spremembah ali nastanku zapletov. Adenom jetrnih celic je edini, ki lahko napreduje v maligno obolenje.
