On the one hand they cause some new distresses by those, which cannot follow or comply with the demands of this ideology, on the other side they induce the laic movements of self-healing (and self-help) and the movements for a greater impact of people on the health system. Health care i.s focused on the "ethic of caring" which presents today an important alternative to the prevailing technical relationship with the patients. While the communication of the physicians with the patients is often aimed at the giving information or at the specifie decision-making, the health care practitioners are developlng the communication style, which is aimed more at the stimulating understanding.
