Abstract		One of the methods for distal radius fracture stabilization is the use of external fiksator. Proper indication, safe application and gentle reposition of fracture, using the principle of ligamentotaxis, is the method ot choice for urgent stabilization. For definitive treatment of fracture it is recommended just in some fracture forms.
