Abstract		The article deals with new findings about the leadership in therapeutic procedures with people, searching help in the Centres for Prevention and Therapy of Addiction of Illicit Drugs. More in detail it discusses the meaning of fear, that disturbes building of good relation of klient and therapist and the meaning of suitable approaches in building clients motivation for changing of lifestyle.
Summary		Članek obravnava novejša dognanja o vodenju terapevtskih postopkov pri osebah, ki iščejo pomoč v Centrih za preprečevanje in zdravljenje odvisnih od prepovedanih drog. Bolj poglobljeno govori o pomenu strahu, ki moti ustvarjanje dobrega odnosa med klientom in terapevtom, ter o pomenu ustreznih pristopov za doseganje klientove motivacije za spreminjanje stila življenja.
