Abstract		Sexuality as an integral part of non-sexual life activities is dynamic and evolutionary. Human beings are emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally and sexually changeable. We react, adopt and develop. The purpose of the article is to help us understand sexuality and deal with it in the frames of nursing care.
Summary		Spolnost je kot integralni del nespolnih življenjskih procesov dinamična in evolucijska. Ljudje smo emocionalno, kognitivno, vedenjsko in spolno spremenljiva bitja. Reagiramo, se prilagajamo in razvijamo. Namen članka je pomagati razumeti spolnost in jo znati obravnavati v okviru zdravstvene nege.
