Abstract     Today gene technology represents a big challenge for the medical and legal professions. Every day we can witness new biomedical achievements, which have the aim to improve human health and the quality of human life. But we should not forget the negative sides, which are included in rapid development of biomedicine. Some of the negative possibilities include fertilisation of the human egg cell with animal sperm cell, stealing of gene information, and gene scheme manipulation. Problems sometimes appear, which ethically and legally can worren the abuse, which is intervening into human dignity and the rights of human being to integrity and identity. The separation of permitted and unpermitted interventions should be very precise in future legislative regulation, to protect the individual as well as society against the eventual abuser.
