Abstract     Better prevention of accidents at the working place and professional diseases should be achieved with investments in organisation and in human recourse management. Negative impacts of ecological and technological factors are reduced with adequate selection of workers, their education and training. The most important are investment in adequate training and education. Adapted organization is the issue for shaping of adequate safety culture. With this measures negative impacts of ecological and technological factors should be reduced. Adequate organization should prevent new work related diseases, like burn out or psychosomatic diseases related to the overload. Implementation of adequate organization and human recourse management in based in the results of root cause analyses and analyses of work place.
