Abstract		Our experiences with endoscopic diagnostic and treatment of pharyngeal bursa and nasopharyngeal cysts are presented. Between years 2000 and 2003 we operated 3 patients with symptomatic bursa and 9 patients with nasopharyngeal cyst. Endoscopic marsupialisation was made in 8 patients with cyst and one was operated classically with transoral approach. Endoscopic diagnostic and treatment of pharyngeal bursa and nasopharyngeal cysts has proven as efficient and good for a patient, because of minimal trauma and good final result of treatment.
Summary		Predstavljamo naše izkušnje z endoskopsko diagnostiko in zdravljenjem simptomatske faringealne burse in cist epifarinksa. Med letoma 2000 in 2003 smo operirali tri bolnice s simptomatsko burso epifarinksa in 9 bolnikov s cisto epifarinksa. Pri osmih bolnikih s cisto smo napravili endoskopsko marsupializacijo, en bolnik pa je bil operiran klasično s transoralnim pristopom. Endoskopska diagnostika ter zdravljenje burse in cist epifarinksa z marsupializacijo sta se na kliniki za ORL in CFK izkazala kot učinkovita. Metoda je primerna zaradi minimalne travme za bolnika in dobrega končnega uspeha zdravljenja.
