Abstract		In the preface, the authors describe the basic characteristics of Wegener's granulomatosis. Three case reports are presented. In all of them, there is head and nečk involvement initially, while other tissues and organs are affected later in the course of the disease. The discussion puts special emphasis on clinical review, diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
Summary		Avtorji v uvodu poudarjajo osnovne značilnosti Wegenerjeve granulomatoze. Predstavljajo tri primere bolezni, pri katerih je prišlo najprej do prizadetosti v področju glave in vratu, kasneje pa so bila prizadeta tudi ostala tkiva in organi. V razpravi posebej poudarjajo klinično sliko, diagnozo in diferencialno diagnozo Wegenerjeve granulomatoze.
