| Abstract | The way of standardization the HPLC procedure for determination of the salicylic acid, as an impurity in preparations containing aspirin, is presented. For this purpose the computer expert system ESKULAP was applied to a set of 24 data blocks classified in 6 groups with 4 values each. Calculations involving standard statistical tests are described for estimating the reliability of analytical results. The method of least squares was used as the basis of standard evaluation. The evaluation of experimental results, particularly through data homogenity, showed that tested analytical procedure can be proclaimed as standard | |
