Abstract		Effect of pulsating high-frequency electromagnetic field (PEMF) was tested to low back pain (to turn in the bed, to stand up of bed, to walking) in 21 patients after lumber disectomy. Subjective pain is graded from 0 to 4 points. Also, there was analysed simultaneously using nonsteroidal antiphologistic (NSA) or analgesic drugs (regularly, periodically, out of drugs). The therapy was applicated 15 PEMF sessions, 30 minutes daily. the significant improvement of mean values pain is gained after 8 to 10 sessions and significant decrease regularly use drugs was gained after 10 day. This condition was lasted to 35 day of investigation period
