Abstract		Background. Head injuries with fractures of the skull base and injuries of brains are the consequence of blunt injuries at the fall or the stroke on the head. By that event act powers of the acceleration-deceleration, which cause first of all generally deformation of the head and after then, if action of the power is predominant, fracture of the skull base with injury of brains. Craniocerebral injury is several times without visible outside signs, but the consciousness is disturb all to there the coma. Clinical picture is the more complication, if the blood flow across one of aperture on the head. We think that the base is injured, but it's not, because blooding is not at all the sure sign. Therefore arised disturbences of breathing and circulation, it's necessary urgently to rescue the life and by the same time to think about mysterious pathology of the stem brains and it unexpected consequences. Methods. Beside known procedures of breathing without disturbances, well oxygenating ect., ever think for prevention of the psychosomatic disquiet. Thi is very difficult in the case of more injuries, when arised the shock. In order to achieve psycosomatic stabilization, we use the magnesium in ifusion and Dormicum or Nesdonal and if is only possible, to put the gastric sound. We try to find out the field of pathology, above or under the tent. Conclusion. By all means the time, which run from the injury to the rescu operation of the life, is very important! For some parts of crust brains is the deficit of three or four minutes already very problematic, because after that time some exchanges arised ireversibile. Problems appeared when we can not to differentiate the coma, for is example the locked-in syndrome, which is possible very simply to overlook! For ever is necessery think to keep procedures and to worry for prevention of psychosomatic disquiet, which it injured brains so fast to show.
