Abstract		Determination of inebriative substances is a very demanding task. Usually, the samples have to be pretreated before the analyses. Despite the fact that chromatographic methods are sophisticated and expensive, they are still prevailing among different analytical procedures, and GC-MS is still the leading one. Due to versatile and numerous inebriative compunds it is impossible to establish one uniform analytical method. As many important decisions are based on these analytical results, they should be reliable as possible.
