Abstract		Acute poisonings with drugs are frequent in emergency medicine. The situation is often serious, even life - threatening condition of the patients maybe presented. Patients are often agressive and non cooperative. The safety of the patients and the staff have to be assured. As the condition of the patients can change very quickly, permanent observation is very important.
