Abstract		This article presents development and organisation of pre-hospital urgent medical help in Maribor (Center for urgent medical help and ambulance service). Statistics and other data are given to present professional, pedagogical and scientific activities of this units with intention to point out the need of organising of urgent help for children and adolescent during the week, at weekends snd during public holidays. In our opinion this Centre should be organised within the Centre for urgent medical help and ambulance service.
