Abstract     Clinical use of MSCT brings a lot of new examinatiors especially in angiographiesCT. Advances of MSCT: more detectors -16, »isotropic voxel«, collimation slice thickness of 0,75mm, short scan time, improved spatial resolution, decreasing motion artefacts, enabled bolus tracking and ECG trace measurement. Most applicable examinations for MSCT are: coronary narrowing artery, the trans plant transience and heart muscle anomaly. Preparation of patients for CT heart- and coronal vessel examination is very simple. ECG electrodes and automatic: pump for injecting contrast agent must be connected. When the suitable scan protocol is chosen we should pay attention to the following options: length and time of scan, time of imaging tulbe turn, collimation and slice thickness and increment. Acquire<I data can be post processed. Programs like MPR, MIP and VRT are used for two and threedimensional review. Vessel View, Argus and Calcium scoring are used for analysis, calculation and evaluation of coronal vessels and heart muscle quality.
