Abstract		At the Department for Addiction Treatment in Psychiatric Hospital Vojnik (Slovenia) many practical experiences have showen that longterm patient after-care after three month program is esential for maintainig abstinence and a achiving better life quality. They performed individual and group aftercare treatment.
