Abstract		Compression therapy is a basic therapy in the treatment of chronic venous or lymphatic diseases of lower limbs. It is necessary to knom how different sorts and forms of compression morks and which are contraindications for use of them. In the article advantages of the shortstretch compression therapy in the treatment of lymphoedema, dermatitis hypostasica and thrombophlebitis are described. Three different clinical trial are shown in the article.
