Abstract		Within the skin. there is a very wide range of cell types. The range of cutaneus tumors is thus very extensive. Treatment is often necessary. Different dermato-surgical treatment alternatives (cryosurgery, electrosurgery, laser-surgery) are discussed. Benign and malign melanocytic tumors as well as advanced epithelial skin cancer can be treated correctly only by surgical excision. Dermato-surgical treatment of skin tumors is an agressive opption, often followed by complications or side effects.
