Abstract		Urinary incontinence is a common and highly embarrassing condition, which can significantly impair the woman's quality af life. Several treatment options exist for this complaint and surgery is usually recommended for women with stress urinary incontinence, which has not responded to conservative measures. This article describes the individual methods of nonfarmacological treatment for urinary incontinence, derived from evidence-based medicine.
