Abstract		Medical informatics has matured. Medical information systems are no longer built from grounds but are replaced, upgraded and interconnected. Connected systems can exchange electronic health records, but the challenge is the correct interpretation of them. Data warehouses enable us to analyse and use data for medical and business purposes in each institution and on a state level as well.
