Abstract     Schizophrenia is one of the most difficult, most critical and at this moment an incurable disease. It has an influence on all areas of human activities, the important being: daily living activities, occupation and leisure. It is especial hard if it affects young people, their prognosis is bad. This paper represents case study of occupational therapy treatment of one schizophrenic patient in Slovenia and how does this treatment look like in Great Britain. We must ask our self's: What kind of help should be provided to the patient, so he/she reach live quality of life.
