Abstract		In this assignment working therapy on the field of gerontology with pointing out the motivation and occupation of an elderly person is being represented. Will and motivation are being discussed within a Model of human occupation called MOHO. Theoretical biases of this model represents the frame for better understanding of an elderly person.
