Abstract		This is an analysis of analgetic acupuncture treatment on 95 cases of the patients with the chronic pains. The results show that the acupuncture was positive in 50-65% cases. The curative effects of acupuncture was satisfactory, although there were the differences between the nociceptive, neurogenic and psychogenic pains.
Summary		To je analiza proti bolečinskega delovanja akupunkture pri 95 bolnikih s kroničnimi bolečinami. Rezultati kažejo na dober učinek akupunkture v 50-65% primerov. Zdravilni učinki akupunkture so bili zadovoljivi, čeprav obstajajo razlike med nociceptivnimi, nevrogenimi in psihogenimi bolečinami.
