Abstract		Justice is one of the basic ethical principles in nursing care meaning that there is no discrimination in the distribution of resources, means and time regardless of sex, race, religion, social status, age or prognosis. With their survey, the authors tried to find out the extent of the application of the principle in practice. The results reveal that the majority of the interviewed understand the principle of justice as the absence of discrimination and as the consideration of individual needs for nursing care.
Summary		Pravičnost je eno od osnovnih etičnih načel v zdravstveni negi in pomeni, da ni diskriminacije pri razporejanju sredstev, pripomočkov in časa glede na spol, raso, veroizpoved, družbeni status, starost in prognozo. Avtorici v tem prispevku ugotavljata, kako izvajalci zdravstvene nege razumejo in upoštevajo etično načelo v praksi. Ugotovitve kažejo, da večina izvajalcev zdravstvene nege načelo pravičnosti razume kot odsotnost diskriminacije in kot upoštevanje potreb posameznika po zdravstveni negi.
