Abstract		Three-dimensional ultrasonography is a significant investigative method in the management of cerebrovascular diseases. It represents a superstructure of the conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography, it is reliable, noninvasive, reproducable and cheaper than other imaging methods of investigation. The authors present their own five years experiences.
Summary		Tridimenzionalna ultrasonografija je pomembna ultrazvočna preiskava v obravnavi možganskožilnih bolezni. Pomeni nadgradnjo konvencionalne dvodimenzionalne ultrasonografije, je zelo zanesljiva, neinvazivna, ponovljiva in cenejša od drugih slikovnih preiskav. Avtorji predstavljajo lastne petletne izkušnje.
