Abstract		This overview describes the normal ultrasound anatomy of the fetal urogenital system and possibilities of ultrasound detection of congenital anomalies of the urogenital system. They are discussed in detail and the impact of prenatal diagnosis is highlighted. Some diagnostic and therapeutic procedures following the diagnosis of these anomalies are enumerated.
Summary		V preglednem članku je opisana normalna ultrazvočna anatomija plodovih sečil in možnosti ultrazvoka pri ugotavljanju prirojenih napak teh organov. Le-te so pregledno obdelane; poudarjen je pomen diagnoze teh nepravilnosti v nosečnosti. Našteti so nekateri diagnostični postopki in možnosti zdravljenja po ugotovitvi napak.
