Abstract		Distance learning is a special type of education. With the development of informational and communicational tehnology it became an important part of social activities and it is also one of the fastest evolving areas in education. The quality of learning materials and their distribution are important factors in the proces of distance learning. Here I present a model of distance learning, a new approach in education of nursing staff that is overcomming the distance between theory and clinical praxis by including teaching aids as audiovisual recordings, case studies, exercises to repeat ect.
