Abstract		The paper presents the modern trends of organisation of nursing care. It describes the transformation into new shapes, forms, which increase the added value. The important influence of quantum theory is described. New knowledge of organisational and management concepts are needed to redesign integrated, continuous health care systems for efficient treatment cure and nursing care in interdisciplinary team.
