Abstract		Health care in Slovenia is currently under big pressure of experts and its users. It is crucial for health care system to pay attention to different aspects of quality: professional or expert aspect (setting professional standards of good practice and monitoring its implementation), managerial (responsiveness to needs and expectations of users) and users view of quality (empowering health care users). Which aspects of quality prevails in health care? Do managers-doctors pay enough attention to crucial dimensions of quality?
