Abstract     Unhealthy lifestyle is often a cause of many non-communicable chronic diseases. The factors of unhealthy lifestyle are: unhealthy way of nutrition, physical non-activeness, smoking, alcohol over drinking and a stressful lifestyle. The article represents a project ‘’Youths health protection’’, by which the authors wish to integrated impact on change of youths lifestyle with 3 years multi discipline education.The research has been in the group students of 1st year of College of Health Studies, program of nursing care and midwifery. The areas that have been researched are: nutrition, aworness of health, identity and physical activities. The researche has shown, that students despite awareness of risk factors (causing many diseases) are eating unhealthy (33% of respondents have less than 3 meals per day, only 50% of them eat breakfast every day), are not enough physical active (only 42% train sports more than 3 times per week), 34.5% of respondents have defined themselves as physical tired and exhausted. In the part thequestions according to self-identity is shown vulnerability in the relationship with parents (33%), other authorities (teachers, professors etc. 35.7%). In resolving these problems, specialists and counsellors play an important role for youth. The results have shoved that for changing youth’s lifestyle educations and multi-discipline approaches of different experts are needed.
