Abstract		Our purpose was to evaluate operative treatment results of the patients that were previously operated because of herniated disc of the lumbar spine. Treatment success was evaluated with Oswestry Disability Index -2 questionnaire before and after last operation. Decompression and posterolateral fusion was performed in all of the patients. Results show marked improvement of the quality of life in these patients.
